she has 1 ear up and 1 half down sometimes they will be down for days and then its back too 1 up and 1 down

Go to "my account" at the top of the page.Your avatar button is in there. You will hit the "browse" button andselect the location where you saved the photo that you want for youravatar. That should be all there is to it. If you save both photos toyour computer you could change them later if you want to.
