I have a lions head rabbit that is bonded with another small rabbit. I’ve noticed a couple of times the lionshead, spike, will have a weird hair line on the bridge of his nose. The first time I thought it was molting but it’s only on this small area. It’s just short not balding cus I can feel it’s thick and stubby. Do you think it’s the other bunny, Reptar, just grooming him too aggressively in that spot? I don’t think he’s sick or has mites cus there’s no shaking or behavior/eating changes. Have Any other lionshead “owners” seen this too?

It definitely could be your other rabbit. I have a bonded rabbit that will overgroom her partner, and because of it his coat pretty much looks like a wreck. But aside from nibbling his fur short in spots, he's fine and doesn't mind the haircut and extra grooming she gives him.

I think so too. I think it makes him look like a vamp from Buffy so the spike name still works. Lol
