Licking their dulaps

I have a male rabbit and he has a small dulap. He keeps licking it and when i Looked at it it had sort of a yellow tint to it and it seemed wet and it must be because he's licking it, right?

Does this happen to anyone? Why is he licking it frequently?

I would make sure there's no wound or anything there if he is licking it a lot and it seemed wet...my rabbits only lick their dewlap as they are cleaning themselves and it's never wet afterwards. Also if you saw a yellow tint its possible that you caught a glimpse of puss. Just better to check and make sure nothing is wrong
