Hi guys,
Recently I was watching this youtube channel called “sincerely, cinnabun” and morgan recommended a laxatone product (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...07-20&linkId=91fe61621c684f6b370315f737fc0c8f) that removed hair balls in cats but was suggested by her vet. Was wondering what everyone thinks about it and whether its a good supplement during molting season or as part of critical care when u notice a slow down in your bun’s digestion🤔

Maybe in very specific circumstances it might prove useful with proper hydration, but it's generally not believed to be helpful for most instances of GI stasis. It talks briefly about it in this link.

The best things for preventing GI stasis during a molt are frequent brushing, lots of indigestible fiber from good grass hay that is a mix of leaf and stem, and good hydration.
