Hello.

Yeah, I think the subject explains what I wanted to talk about.

I noticed a little bit of a thin yellow crisp sort of thing down by her vulva or what ever you call it.. I rang the vet and they said it is nothing.

Does anyone know what could be wrong??

Thanks.. :p

P.S : I am getting a bunny today(like in an hour or so ) and my bunny, Jenni, that I have now has a rnny nose and my mam said she doesn't have the money right now for a private vet. Should I bond them or not??

Is she spayed? If not then I wouldn't bond her with another female as they would most likely fight. I would defintely not let them interact if she's sick incase she passes it on to the bunny

Jenni has leaking urine? Urine crystals or something?

Or is something leaking from her vulva?

How old is she? Is she spayed?

It could be a urinary tract issue or a uterine issue, either unfortunately would warrant a trip to the vet. The runny nose could be related or a by-product of the stress.

But we really need more info. Can you get a photo?

sas :?

Is it on either side of the vulva? Maybe waxy scent gland material? Or is it directly on the vulva?

A lot of good info here already--possibly urine/bladder sludge or scent gland wax, but I was thinking syphilis, as that sometimes shows up in the nose as well. That can be crusty and white/yellow. I would not bond her with the other rabbit or let them interact yet, first because they both need to be spayed before introductions, and second because Jenni may be sick and could pass it on.

I think that's the cause of my other rabbits death!! Ugh, I have to find a PROFESSIONEL vet ..!!

We had her at the vet. They said that it was most likely a tiny bit of urine which dried in and stuff to her. He wiped it away..?:bambiandthumper
