I have something very similar (though admittedly less cute!) for my rabbits and it's fine so far. They tend to try to dig in it a little so I put a towel over the inside cushion to prevent them from ripping it open. As long as you check it regularly for rips/stuffing coming out and ensure, if this does happen, that the bunny isn't eating any, I think it should be fine!

It totally depends on your individual bunny. Some bunnies would chew that up in no time. Others would leave it alone. Unfortunately, it is always a matter of trial and error when it comes to what is "bunny safe."
