Hi all!
I was wondering how likely it is that salmonella or another bacteria that causes food poisoning could be transmitted to a rabbit. I currently am on vacation and have food poisoning and I am going home tomorrow. Is it okay for me to care for my rabbit normally? I am worried about transmitting something to him (especially if my food poisoning is caused by Salmonella) as most of the articles that I have seen say that Salmonella is usually fatal in rabbits.
Thank you in advance!
