ok so I went and checked on my lil fellas and I felt really sorry for them as I have a lung infection and hav'nt played with them for a few days(although they have had their run time) so I sat on the floor at the opening of their cage and started stroking Bert as he was closest to me, so I started by his ears and gave them a nice lil scritch then worked my way down his back like a little bunny massage and he totally closed his eyes and flopped over like a sack of flour he was as still as a rock! It was soooo adorable I wish I could have taken a video of him doing it! ok so what I want to know is was this a trance? as I thought they ony trance when rolled on their backs?

p.s I did the same thing to Ernie and he went oh so flat and squidgy! :bunny19

What Bert did is usually called a "Dead Bunny Flop" (or DBF for short). It's an expression of total bliss.
