I'm thinking that I should get a Jersy Wooly one day. But, I need to know, arethey friendly? Will they be a wieght up to at least 6 pounds? I need to know.

Thanks

Woolies re very friendly and do make good pets. They are a small breed though, way under 6 lbs. I think their maximum show weight is 3 or 4 lbs.

I love my woolies!! The best little buns I have ever had. I have had several netherland dwarfs, mini rex and a mini lop. The woolies are the best.

I had a Jersey Wooly foster last fall. Bill was a wonderful little bunny. I called him my little puppy dog. He always followed me all over the house and loved to curl up in my lap. They do require a lot of grooming.

One of my woolies has matting! They are brothers and one has silky feeling fur and the other has clingy wooly fur. The clingy wooly fur is all matted in small spots. I try to keep up on it but it is hard.
