That is REALLY expensive. You can build a NIC cage for WAY cheaper than even the dog kennel!

i just though of instead of a dog crate i will do a one level nic cage

A NIC cage is definitely the most cost effective way to go. :thumbup

Should probably be about 4 panels long,3 or 4panels wide and 3 panels high.

I don't have a Flemish, but I have my 3lbs-5lbs bunnies in 3 NIC wide x 4 NIC long one level cages...and it is definitely more than enough space for them. I would suggest 3 NIC by 4 NIC....it is big enough to where you won't need to put a pen attached to it because the Flemish will be getting daily time out of its cage.

ETA: You should make it 2 NIC panels high...with out without a top on it.
