Its in the 90s and getting hotter, out air doesn’t work and our a/c guy is out of town. I have a free roam bun and a foster bun who’s in a room. I also have a VERY FLUFFY Australia shepherd and a cat. I know buns can’t deal with hot temperatures (80+ I think?) How can I keep them cool? I have windows covered and fans going but they’re still hot. I added extra water bowls to their rooms. Any tips?

Frozen water bottles wrapped in a tea towel work well for my buns. If I put these in a cardboard box it is almost an air conditioned room! My girl survived quite well like this in temps well over 90F.

I have a solid heat pad that I can warm in the microwave and I am pretty sure it can be placed in a freezer too. It has a fluffy cover and they love to flop on it when it is warm. I assume it would be as appealing cold too! Dont give them any sort of gel or cooler they can chew :)
