My rex just gave birth to 2 lastnight and 9 more this morning. 2 of them died.
It was clear that she was not going to care for them, and i don't know why she wouldn't. she basically killed one of them, by constantly stomping on one.
I made them their own bed that has a wool blanket on the bottom with bedding spread all over.
I bought Hartz Kitten Milk Replacr. I read that i must feed them 2ml a day.
I'm iffy about what is said on the internet.
So i'm looking for any advice/tips that will help me keep them alive. If you have successfully raised new born bunnies without the mother... please reply to this post.
I need some info as soon as possible.
BTW, i called the humane society and they said they will only euthanize them and not care for them. I don't want to do that if they do have a chance at living.
