How much?

So I have a few questions:

-How much protein should be in a rabbits diet?
-How much fat should be in a rabbits diet??
-Can I feed 1-2 cups of veg. Daily?

I'm not too sure about the protein/fat questions, but I can tell you what my bunnies' diet consists of:

• Unlimited access to hay,
• 1/4 scoop pellets (each) per day, split into two servings,
• Approx 1 cup veggies each per day (basil, parsley, carrot tops, cilantro mostly,
• Several treats (generally Oxbow treats split into quarters or 1/4 apple each per day).
