When I bought my rabbit Linus, the breeder said he was a Holland Lop. Would you say he is a Holland Lop, or could he actually be a Mini Lop? He's my first rabbit, so I'm not quite sure.

If you need any more pictures or have any questions, please tell me!

Holland/mini lops can be confusing, since I think they're the same thing in some areas...

"The Miniature Lop, is often called the Mini Lop in the UK, however, it is a different breed from US Mini Lop. The Miniature Lop is the equivalent of the US Holland Lops, however it can be smaller than the US Holland Lops."

We're in Australia, and Clementine was sold as a mini lop, but I think technically in the US she'd be called a Holland lop.

This is a thread that was created last year which compares the two, with pictures. It might help you out! :)

Weight would be a big factor, since mini lops tend to be a bit larger than Holland lops.

I'm definitely no expert, so I hope someone can bring some more information here soon! :p

Looks like a holland lop to me. This is a really educational video I think you should watch. It should help you decide what breed your rabbit is. I hope this helps!
