So my bunny is four months old and today my family and I noticed that she is making really wierd breathing noises (they are squeaky) and keeps sneezing. Her nose is a little wet and red. We're afraid that she is sick and we won't be able to contact a vet until Monday. Is there any way that we can help her?

If her breathing sounds are noisy and it's not just from a restricted nasal passage, that could indicate pneumonia(particularly if she is mouth breathing at all), which is an emergency and requires immediate treatment by a vet experienced with rabbits.

If she is making noises because her nasal passage is restricted from an upper respiratory infection, that's not usually an emergency and would require seeing the vet as soon as you can to get your bun on the appropriate antibiotic.

And in the meantime I would keep a close eye on her eating and drinking. If she starts to loose her appetite or stops eating altogether, or appears lethargic, that can indicate a more serious problem. A rabbit not eating for 12-24 hours is considered an emergency.
