Hi everyone,

I don't have a bunny yet, but I plan on getting one once I find the right bun bun. I've been researching rabbits for quite some time as I've never had a rabbit before. Any tips for interested bunny owners would be great!

little miracles is in NJ and they are very nice
rescuing is the way to go because you know their personality (can change drastically when puberty hits) and they will already be spayed or neutered

Thereare a couple of rescues up in the Northern part of the state. One is Hug a Bunny. Good luck with finding your hopping friend.

Most of ours were shelter rescues as I thought their need was more dire--rescues don't euthanize nearly as much.

Just an update. I found my bunny! She's adorably sweet and a little shy. But she melts when you pet her. She's laid back and quietly curious. I spent a good hour with her today, and I get to pick her up after I come back from vacation! Now to just think of a name...hmmm
