Ok, here are my3 baby boys, finally. One is Rudy Rascal, one is Little Bit and themini lop is Shadow Bunny!

Please, if anyone knows what kindeach of them is I would love to know as I have no idea! Please refer tothem by name when you tell me, ok?

All I know is, "I LOVE 'EM TO PIECES! :)"Bren" :)

OK, the first attachment is Rudy Rascal

Thank youkindly! :)Can anyone tell me what kind they each might be? Igot them from a feed store right around a year ago. I just love themini lop, Shadow and Rudy. They both have such funny personalities andare personable. Little Bit is coming around in his own sweet bunnytime! : )

They are all so cute!!!!

I'm just making some guesses . . .

Rudy Rascalis most likely a lop mix due to his color(tortoise), which is common in the Holland Lops. He also hasa shorter head and the very full cheeks of a lop.

I'm guessing Little Bit may be a lop mix also -- his color is fawn.(Not the agouti markings -- white eye circles and whitetummy). "Non-extension" colors like fawn and tortoise aremore common in the Holland Lops than the Mini Lops.

Shadow Bunny looks like a tortoise also -- again, a color more common in the smaller Holland Lop than the Mini Lop.

So, you are saying you believe all my boys are Hollands, Pamnock?

What are the differences betweenHolland Lops and Mini Lops? And, what characteristics do the Hollandshave or where can I read about them?

Thanks a bunch..... "LovelyBren" :):)

oh and, isn't it bad for our bunsto be eating toilet paper and paper towel rolls and cardboard boxes?Mine just eat them when i give them to playwith???

It's possible they are Hollands ormixes. It's not unusual for even purebred Hollands to haveerect ears and for them to be larger in type especially when unrelatedlines are crossed. It's possible they are small Minis orlarge Hollands, but the color is more common in Hollands.

A pure bred Holland of good type is very short and compact in body typeand has a mature weight of under 4 lbs. They have a higherhead mount than the Minis and more of a tendency to "sit up" lightly ontheir toes.

The Mini Lops (in the US) have a mature weight under 5 1/2 - 6 lbs. ansit with their head lower. They do not have the very shortbody that the Holland is supposed to have.
