Henry was a gift for my daughter's 6th birthday. She had been begging for a bunny for years, and was a responsible helper with our other animals on our 5 acre farm, so we agreed. She named him after her Uncle Dale, (my brother) who passed away at 22 years of age, just before she got him. He is more commonly referred to as "Hen-Hen", "Hens", or "Sir Henry Dale".
He is a Sable Point Holland Lop, currently just over 2 years old. He is our only bunny, and is an indoor/outdoor guy with a GREAT gentle personality. We absolutely adore him.
We joined this forum just this week, due to his first illness. He is currently in the ICU in our farm kitchen - not eating and lethargic, but appears to be improving. See our threads if you think you can advise!
