How to get rid of wry neck

I'm sorry. I have never came into contact with a rabbit with wry neck. I have seen pics with rabbits with wry tail. I don't know if it's possible to fix. I would seek a rabbit savvy vet or contact rescue who may have more info for you. Net searches are the only thing besides that.
