Help with Dog and Bunny Pairing

I am probably starting off in a good position here with my dog and Otto. But it hasn't really improved since I got Otto two months ago.

I guess I'll introduce my dog. Pepper is a German Shepherd, Rotweiler, Labrador mix. She is nine years old and she's one of the sweetest dogs I've ever met.

Now, Otto has no problem with Pepper. I can have him around Pepper and he is completely indifferent or interested.

The problem is my dog. She's scared of Otto. When I first got him, she would rush out of the room. Now, she just refuses to look at him.

What can I do to try to get my dog to not be so avoidant?

Sorry, I had to laugh at this, big dog scared of the little bunny! Maybe the bunny is mean to the dog when you're not looking?
