HELP I need to get 2 lion heads to Little Maracles in Prot Charlotte Fl

My shelter is overwhelmed and we need to get this bonded pare out now!! They are on death row! Little Maracles Rabbit Rescue in Port Charlotte Fl said that they will take them. We are in Palm City Florida next to the turn pike i am willing to drive some of the way but i cant do the whole thing. Is there anyway we can get a few of us together to get them out and into a good situation???
