Help! Gi stasis??

Miguel is a six year old nether land dwarf, he has a tumor on his kidney, so he only has a few months to live. He eats baby food (recommended by vet based on health) and timothy pellets and timothy hay daily. Over the past 24 hours, Miguel has not eaten anything and his poop is EXTREMELY tiny. He has been very clumsy and tips over and falls out of his litter box. He also has been in his hide house 100% of the last two days. He is normally in there about 50% of the day. (shy bunny) PLEASE HELP! My family would rather take him to the vet ONLY if absolutely necessary. Thank you so much!!

Not eating over 24 hours and falling down is a definite emergency. Take him to the vet now! In the meantime, wet some dark leafy green veg and see if he'll take them.
