My rabbit has a hard tummy I think she might have gas in there, I'm going to give her infacol that you give to babies because that's what I got told to give her. But I'm just wondering how do rabbits pass gas ? Will this infacol work? She's in a bit of pain ATM

If her stomach is hard that can be a sign of gastric bloat where her stomach fills up with air that can't get out. That's a more emergent condition than GI stasis with gas. I'd recommend that this bunny see a vet asap if bloat is suspected.

If she's still eating and pooping then you're not looking at an emergency, but if she's not eating or pooping, again, I'd see a vet.

She's still eating and pooping. This has happened a lot. But sometimes she doesn't eat or do anything for a few hours. Lucky this time her bloated tummy only lasted a few minutes now she's ok. I'm taking her to see a rabbit specialist tomorrow. Thank you
