Hi. This is my rescued bunny "Alfie". He is 1 1/2 year old neutered male dwarf. I've been told he is a lionhead x angora. He has a very thick double coat and red eyes. We had another rescue rabbit a couple of years ago but she had to be euthanised when she developed ecuniculi infection. We tried but couldn't save her. Her name was "Bunnykittens" and she was a beautiful brown lionhead.
Alfie has already been to vet emergency twice for suspected g.i.stasis. Right now we are struggling with him losing weight. I'm going to go over to your health forum and ask a few questions!
