I had been wanting another rabbit for a
couple months, but wasn't seriously looking. There were a few that
interested me, but for various reasons I didn't end up getting them. I
didn't really know what I wanted, so that didn't make it much easier. I
then say that Sharin (Amelia's breeder) posted on facebook that she had 2
lionheads heads that were being returned to her due to issues with the
previous owner. They were a spayed and neutered bonded pair of
Lionheads. I thought it over for about 5 minutes then decided I wanted
them. After some talk, reorganizing the bunny room and arranging to meet
to pick them up, I got 2 new bunnies, Gizmo (formally Waffles) and
Nala.

Gizmo is a little guy who is full of personality. He is the first one
out of the carrier and loves to see what people are up too. He will
climb up on me if given a chance. He seems to like high places as he
spends a lot of time on the upper level of the cage and was hanging out
on top of the A-frame like he owned it. He is picking up agility pretty
quick. At home he has done 3 poles (about 9 inches). It has only taken a
few ties for get him to go up the A-frame or over the Teeter Totter.
Since he is pretty small, he does have some trouble with higher jumps
right now, but hopefully he will get better as he does it more. Like a
typical Lionhead, is he full at attitude and spunk and disapproves of
just about everything. He is a ham for the camera and still strike a
pose and make sure you get his handsome side, not that he doesn't have
any other side. Looking very striking in an orange harness (to go with
he markings of course), Gizmo should be racing around the course in no
time.
