Fruits.

I feed my guy romane let and carrots in the morning and brocoli and celery at night, some times ill switch it up to keep him interested, but i was thinking of adding some fruit in the mix, but i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what type of fruit would be a good start for him!

Apple with no seeds(Seeds are toxic) and Berries like Strawberries or blueberries are good.
Bananas, grapes and resins are also good to give but are exceptionally sweet to a rabbit. So only give them a small slice or just a couple of grapes or raisins to them. Too much can be fetal

You also may want to dump the brocoli from the lineup as it can be a cause of gas which can be very problematic. Ours really like cilantro, Italian parsley, and dandelion greens.

=S So the outer seeds on Strawberries are okay for bun buns? They're not toxic?

Those are fine. Seeds in apples that hold the toxins.
