Ode to Hay

There never seems in any way
to be a single piece of hay
for in this home it flies and flutters
bits and bundles corner clutters
Oh gaze through sunlight in the air
it seems there's hay dust everywhere
hay in clothing drawers and more
leaving trails upon the floor
Oh the anguish of such a thing
as inviting someone normal in
and hear the gasp and then the sigh
when the bunnies binky by
I am guilty of the sin
of not being able
to keep the hay in
anything
that
works

how true! tho have spent the morning at the hospital being told that i now have conjunctivitis as well as a squint. apparently hay and bunny fur doesnt help........ will now have to do regular bunny maintainence wearing protective goggles:X
