Fleas, ack!!

We think my oldest Rabbit,Skippy, has fleas.He's been scratchin like crazy, plus we're seeing little bugs runningaround in his fur. (poor little guy.) He's scratched so hard, I thinkhe's actually irritated his skin and scratched parts open. I do plan ontaking him to the vet. Though, I wanted to check with everyone here tosee if anyone has treated their rabbits for fleas before. If so, whatmedication should he use? Because, If I remember correctly there's onlycertain kinds rabbits can tolerate. Any information would be useful,thanks!

You could try using a flea comb on your bunnybecause they are so small you may be able to get all the fleas on himand then clean out his cage area before putting him back in. Just mysuggestion until someone knows which product to use.
