Exporting a movie?

I can't seem to figgure out how to export it to something RO allows.

(Note: The reason the quality is awful if because the program I was using stretched it out for some reason... :grumpy: any way I can fix this, or will it resize automaticly?)

It's currently an flv. How do I change that?

Anyone know about this? I could probably give more information if needed.

Photobucket doesn't treat video any differently than photos when it comes to posting them,just cut n' paste it ING line. Is it not working?

My computer is on the fritz, can't click on the link.
