Oh so lucky me usually gets stuck at work by myself for 3 hours. That's not so bad when I have something to do, but I'm usually just babysitting the store really. And counting the minutes.



Anyway know some good work safe sites I can kill the next hour on?

I like going to the book section of amazon & see how different the reviews of the same book are, especially books I've read.

There's also bunnyhugga and HRS sites. I read rabbit articles when I have to kill time. It's fun weaving through the maze of HRS local chapter web sites to find new information.

Geek is a complement, in my opinion. It means not brain dead, doesn't it? I'm wondering what the history of the word is, which is very geeky/geekish/geed-like.

I have been called a geek all my life. On the bright side, the people that teased me in school also peaked in HS. Somehow it is very gratifying to see how things turned out.
