Dusty hay

I buy the standlee 50lb bag of Timothy hay. Since it’s super compressed there’s lots of crumbs and dust in it. Does anyone have a trick to sitting out this? I usually just take a handful and shake. It’s not super efficient so I’m trying to find a better hack

I don't know if it would be easier, but sometimes I use a screen I made out of 1/2" wire mesh stapled to a wood frame, to sift through the dustier stuff when I get to the bottom of a bag/box.
