**I already have my suspect in thoughts which hinge on cancer - as I have seen this before BUT would like other's thoughts as well.**
Rockettina is an older bunny - how old is unknown.
She is one of two bunnies - found outside after at least three months of running that we know of - thx to reports of their being seen upon calls to us for help - though no one did anything to help them until they were so weak/anemic/flea/cuterbra/tic/parasite internal and external infested- and- and- and - could go on and on (in disgruntled p.o. sorrow for these two rabbits).
She was flea ridden (now, treated) and she was lucky in that she had only a single cuterebra larvae with the warble/hole(pulled/disinfected/treated) - and this growth.
See her daughter's sad **but now treated** outcome here -

Until we get things straightened around with a possible new rabbit savvy DVM per wking with CCCRescue - we are without one except via email(our ones in the UK) - we have immediate 'new DVM' email inquiries sent out and are simply waiting on responses - several of them though are on vacation at this time - one lost a family member, so is out.

We had a terrible mishap with our DVM after a very long working relationship; she chose to PTS a teenager male cottontail - seeming thriving/poohing after five days and nights here - no broken limbs or degloving, etc. BUT b/c of left eye - simple trauma - PTS- unacceptable to me though what really kicked me in the face was the statement per a phone call "CHRISTINE - IT'S ALREADY DONE".
I had not even a voice in the matter and it still hurts me right now today, quite terribly.

PLEASE take a peek those of you more familiar with all things rabbit(s) and email me back personally if group wont allow further posting(s) here(emailed a few)....ChristineLea1@ yahoo

I appreciate it very much - **VERY** much and then some.
Here is the link to pictures of Rockettina's angry and sometimes bleeding paw/toe growth.

It does look like a tumor, but whether or not it is cancerous would have to be determined by a vet and with testing. It may just be a tumor that can be surgically removed without too much trouble.

Well done for rescuing and helping these little buns. I hope that they will both be ok and you are able to find a good vet that can help with the health concerns.

Here are a couple vet lists. Don't know if they will be of any help.
