Do you think this is a Gold Tipped Chocolate Steel

I had posted a pic of this little guy in a thread when he was first born and the census was a chocolate sable. Here he is 3 wks old tomorrow and his breeder thinks he may be a Gold Tipped Chocolate Steel (although his eyes are grayish and not brown). His mother was a chocolate holland and his father was a chocolate sable point mini lop. His two sisters are chocolate. His color has been a bit of a mystery. Anyone?

The 3rd pic is of a different lop who's a Gold Tipped Chocolate Steel!

I think it's just faux tipping common on shaded babies and not steel tipping.
