Jovi is notorious for this! We cured her with her own personal dig area. She has a super fluffy blanket quartered in her favorite dig corner and she took right to it. In the beginning when she went dig dig where she wasn't supposed to, we would direct her to the blanket. Worked for us
By chance is your girl still intact (not spayed)? If so, those hormones could also be encouraging this behavior.
Diversion or blocking access is the way to prevent it. You can't "train" a rabbit to not chew on something she's intent on chewing.
