So I go away for a couple days (had a bunny sitter) and noticed when I got back last night, Whidbey's ears were back to really dark, shiny black :) He feet are still a little gray, but I expect them to change soon.

I don't know which I like better, the light gray or black....

Gunston's coat looks really good too :) Nice and shiny, he must have finished shedding.

That happends with Ripley when it gets cold out (that is, when it gets cold his ears get darker).

Himalayan/pointed white markings do change with the seasons. They're typically lighter in the summer months and darker in the winter months. From what I understand, breeders that live more North usually have better coloring on their himis for that reason though genetics play a part as well. :)

Ooooh! Harvey's also starting to darken up too. His one scarred ear turns completely white during the summer. I expect it'll get darker once we start staying cold.
