Cleo was pregnant!

Today I picked up Cleo from vet after she wasspayed yesterday. And I learned for the first time that Cleo waspregnant. Babies were aborted in the procedure.

I'm rather sad. On the one hand, I couldn't possibly care for 10 newbunnies. And there could be complications. On the other hand, justimagine just how adorable they would have been. Maybe they should haveseen at least the light of the day. Now they are no more.

Poor Cleo. She looked scared. Maybe she's sad that her babies were taken away.

awww that is sad. Anyone think a rabbit really would understand that she lost her babies?? Just wondering.

I think things happen as they are supposed to. It's very sad,but there might have been problems and you don't want to loseher.

Give her plenty of treats and water.... a warm blankie to snuggle in and a kiss from me and Bo.
