chin sent glands

my new bunny boy Alex rubs his chin on everything. i know that is very common, but i have noticed that lately Ryo rubs her chin on everything too. she has never did this before. do females have sent glands on there chin too?

Yes, they sure do , all my rabbits have done this, male and female.

She probably never felt the need to chin anything because only her scent was around. Now that boy bunny is scenting up the joint - she's got to make her mark too.

he he he...I got scented on the knee last night by my little guy. Kinda cute when a 3 lb guy starts rubbing his chin all over your knee!!! Afterwards, he took off across the floor and did a few binkies! :bunnydance:
