Check out Lucy's nose

Look at the coloring of her nose, in the baby picture it is all one color. Today the area is a different color and it is raised kind of mohawkish. Is this a certain breed characteristic or do buns just change colorings as they mature. She is about 8 weeks in the baby pic with the blue blanket and the others were taken today at 15weeks. Now that I think about what I wrote, I guess it's not her nose really.....more between her eyes, in front of her ears...top of her head.

It should even out when she gets her junior prime fur in a few more weeks.

She looks like a perfectly normal young broken castor.

Castor is an agouti patterned color and the eye circles and the lacing around the ears and nose is part of the correct color pattern and usually developlater. Your baby is perfectly normal for her color.
