Can bunnies have ear mite?

Hi, I'm new to rabbit breeding and my Holland lop just have her 1st litter last week. She gave birth to 1 broken black and 1 broken opal, they are 7 days old now. The bunnies function and drink milk from their mommy like normal. However, I found some dandruff on their ears this morning and I am not sure if it is ear mite or not. I have ear mites treatment but I'm not sure if I can apply it on baby bunnies since they are so young. Can you give me some advice?

At that age they keep outgrowing their skin so quickly that dandruff is fairly common. Doesn't look like ear mites to me
