If there isn't a really good reason healthy rabbits should not be bathed.

I use simple dog shampoo for my disabled boys butt baths, he can't clean himself anymore and gets soaked with urine regularily, so he needs weekly butt baths.

Looks like my favorite breed, the renowned Mutt :D. If he isn't fully grown the way the ears flop can still change somewhat.

I am aware about the baths thank you😊. My baby pees on her feet and she still smells really bad from when I got her so I was gonna give her a wash cloth bath. Would that be OK to do I've had her for a week and she still smells like urine and poop.🤔

Healthy rabbits do not pee on themselves. And they should also be able to clean themselves up.
I would be more concerned about why this is happening. Why is she peeing on herself and unable to groom herself?

Please do not bath your rabbit. We have had members on here refuse to take this advice and have had their rabbits die.

You should not house 7 rabbits together in a small cage you must get a playpen asap

I plan on taking her to the vet very soon I figured I would wait to see what they think first before I gave her one. I didn't know her feet and belly having pee all over them was a issue I just thought it was because she was small thank you i will definitely ask them about that when I take her to the vet. She also has a ear issue as you can see in the pics it just stays like that so she clearly has some issues going on.

Is her bum and feet still getting wet with urine or is it an old dried on urine stain and is no longer happening?

I just checked her and she dosent have a wet bum or anything she might have just been clumsy when she peed that day ill keep checking daily for the next week or so just to make sure.

If it was a one time thing, you could use unscented baby wipes to clean off any residue, but I wouldn't do any more than that. She'll groom off what she can and the rest will come off in her next molt. But if she keeps getting a urine soaked bum, then there is either a problem with her set up. or she has a health issue and that will mean taking her to be checked by a rabbit vet.

Only rabbits with health issues that causes a heavily soiled or wet bottom, should ever be washed, and then only a butt bath and under a rabbit vets instruction. Rabbits can die of cardiac arrest, shock, or hypothermia when it's done incorrectly, and even then it can still be a risk.
