So George and Belle have been getting on great he`s been grooming her but more we are catching him humping her both way head and butt,Should i be concerned ? she seems completely unbothered as far as i can see!!

I would not allow George to keep it up for long, as more than one member has had a bunny whose penis was bitten while humping another's face (funny, but truly uncomfortable!).

Yes they are both neutered and bonded ,their nails look fine !
