Bunny boogers?

Bowser is almost 10 weeks old and we did a health check when adopting him. He keeps getting these little brown things outside his nose. The inside of his nose is clear. Eyes are white. Pooping, drinking, eating behavior is all normal. He puts his face in his litter a lot and I'm wondering if maybe it could be from cecals.. Here's a photo, what do you guys think?

Oh and to add, he's not sneezing, sniffling or anything like that! And when I look in his nose, it looks clear.

Is the skin itself crusty or is it just on the fur, and can you wipe it off?

No its just on the fur. I actually think it's just hay dust
