Bunny bleeding out of private area

I have a holland lop doe that started bleeding out of her private area. It is very swollen and purple.
This came out of nowhere and she wasn't bred at all so I don't have any idea why this is happening.
Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before, and how should I treat her?

Please take her to a vet asap!

Has she ever been spayed?
Could be a very serious infection (pyometra) or one of many other things that needs to be diagnosed by a vet.
