Has anyone placed an order for a bunny bale recently? I put in an order two weeks ago for some timothy hay. I have ordered from them before and always receive my hay in less than a week.
Now this time, I did get an email confirmation of my order but never a shipping notice. I kept checking my order status online and saw no tracking info posted. I also realized that my credit card was never charged. I've emailed both [email protected] AND [email protected] but have not received a reply. I don't know what is going on. This has never happened before.
I am worried if I go to buy hay from somewhere else, then they will decide to charge my credit card and ship my order! I only have one rabbit so I don't want to be stuck with more hay than I need. Just wondering if anyone else has recently ordered from them or had trouble.
