Bunny’s ear

hi all, I know i’ve been annoying about my bunny’s ears but his ears have been so weird these days. Sometimes his ears are totally normal, but sometimes they are red and itchy. I’ll insert a pic I just took and to all bunny owners if you could help see if theres any problems i’d be more than grateful. Thank you! I’d also not prefer seeing the vet and my bunny is very shy and gets super nervous and feels super unsafe during the long trip to the vet or at the vet. That’s why i’m asking for help. Any help would be much appreciated. My bunny had mites but we did treatment and it should be fine? Thanks

I can't see anything wrong with the ear. Maybe there are times your rabbit is exposed to something that he's sensitive or allergic to when you're seeing this problem.

Change in colour could be due to temperature. More blood flow when it's hot.

It might be! His ears are usually more red at night and pale in the morning!
