I joined a long time ago, but I thought then I was getting a bunny, I was not. Iam back though! Why? Because I found out , I over heard my family talking about getting me a rabbit TOMORROW! My grandfather has been gone , came back , went in his work shop and started building a cage he said and my mother said "We are getting you a rabbit...Tomorrow , within 24 hours. And Iam going "OMG! I have not had a rabbit since I was 7! I don't remember much of anything! what am I going to do!" So I need tips, help me!

Also, forgot to mention, its a rescue rabbit. My grandfather has a friend who owns a rabbit meat farm... horrible I know. Anyways, one of his breeding male rabbits is getting retired , so there was two choices , 1. Send him to the chop shop with that years rabbits, or 2, and because he cares about rabbits, have it adopted. He knew I wanted a rabbit, and he offered it to my grandfather last winter, but we couldn't , not with what has been happening. And Iam not sure if its the same rabbit, but I know its the same story and from the same guy, and I hope its the bunny from last winter, and if its not... poor other bunny.

Yay!!! I bet your so excited! I was never allowed rabbits as a kid, Dad always said they belong on a farm :(
so now that I am moved out and have my own kids I have my bunnies :)
I can't wait to see pics!
