What is the easiest way to breed Lynx ?
I have Agouti, Lilac Self, Choc Self, Opal and Squirrel to work with.
TIA

What breed? It depends on the breed. In most breeds you want a lilac based agouti, so you'd be best breeding lilac self with opals out of those options. Would probably not get lynxes in first gen, but they would be lynx carriers.

Jersey Wooly
So if I breed Lilac x Opal and keep back offspring from that litter, would a backcross to the Lilac or the Opal be the best chance of getting Lynx or doesnt it matter which ?

A backcross to a lilac would be the best chance at getting a lynx. First gen from an opal to a lilac you'd likely get opal. You need to keep back an agouti like an opal from that pair (not a blue or lilac) and breed it back to a lilac. If your opal carries chocolate or lilac you might get lynx in that first generation
