Bonding- Determining Dominance

Hello All! My bunnies have been in the bonding process for about 3 months now, they were doing great for weeks with no fighting & getting along. However, last night they were about to go into a bunny tornado. I believe it’s out of frustration because they haven’t determined who’s going to be the dominant one. Any tips/tricks to help determine dominance?
