I have a neutered boy and unneutered girl. They totally love each other.

They had a litter , he was neutered some time ago.The babies now aregoing to good homes but we are keeping two.I was going to keep to doesbut im so in love with one of the baby boys. I had to feed two of thelitter and one baby died , one of them survived i hopedthisone would be a girl but its a boy.

He is so tame and adorable .:inlove:probably with him beinghandled so much since he was born.Hes so tiny compared to the rest ofthe litter too.

The problem is would he bond ? Obviously i would have him nuetered buthe is so gorgeous it would break my heart to let him go but would twoneutered boy bunnies get on ?

The babies are now 9 weeks old and are seperated from mum and dad , boys in one hutch girls in another until they are rehomed.

The little boy bunny is so tame i feel he is the right one to keep butim worried as he may fight with dad??as he gets older.Any advice:bunny2

Its hard to say because it depends so much onthe personality of the bunny. More than likely though, once he reachesmaturity he would fight with dad. He could also fight with mom though, youjust never know.

Are you still keeping one of the girl babies? What about having twobonded pairs housed separately? You could have mom and dadtogether and then boy and girl baby together. That way, if there istrouble once the babies reach maturity, at least the two babies couldlive together. Its still no guarantee that the boy and girl babieswould get along once theyre older, but its probably a better chance ofthat than of bonding two males.

I have bonded males before and it was a lot of work. A lot of times itsunsuccessful. You have to be prepared for that if you decide to keepany of them.

Hope this helps!

hi we picked two girls to keep.I want them all in the same hutch .

it's just the boy is the friendliest of all the babies he's a proper lap bunny and just sits on my knee all the time.

hmm..its a difficult decision.

you just never know with babies...even the two girls you have pickedout could end up fighting as they mature. you could alwayskeep the three and see what happens. if you had them altered as soon asthey were of age, that would probably help.

any chance on you keeping one or more indoors if something happens and they cant stay together outside?

Hi,

There is no way they can be kept indoors they are Giants .

Dad weighs in at 18lb- so i have no idea how big these will grow.

The two we have picked were girls one of the girls is timid the other not so.

The boy is georgous lets you carry him round all day he so tinycompared to the rest.My little girl loves him but with him being a boyim aprehensive but then again i dont think i can let him go ! My otherboy is neutered and is very gentle by nature just Big!.

Ive split all the babies up from mum and dad im not sure when to put the ones i choose in with mum & dad.
