One of my rabbits got a bite wound on her chin, it must have been from her neighbour bunny so I've moved their runs a little further apart so it can't happen again. Anyway, it looks fine, like it's healing and scabbed over and not infected.

But does she need antibiotics as a precaution or only if it gets infected or she seems unwell?

It'd be no problem to get the antibiotics, I just don't want to give them unless they're necessary :)

Thanks :)

I would use Neosporin (plain, no pain reliever). It prevents infections and helps it heal faster. It worked well after my girls had a fight and one was scratched.
